Private Parties

In truth, this is the perfect place to have a party.  If you have any questions or would like to organize a party,  please call Scotty at 619.236.8516. 

Patio Cocktail party:  Our patio is open air and directly next to the bar.  We organize appetizers around the Waterfall and let you hangout with your friends.  Any form of organization can be accommodated from a full hosted bar, or BYOB.  This is a great solution to the person who wants to have a bunch of people over, but doesn’t want a formal sit down.  Of course, if you want a formal dinner we will gladly oblige. 

Lunch: We are not normally open for lunch, however if you have a group and you want a private environment in which to discuss business, or organize a small conference.  We will gladly build a menu, and work with you to provide a stylish setting for your members and associates.   We can accommodate groups up to 75.

Large Cocktail Partys: You can buy out Modus for your next event.  Organize a Cocktail party using our connections to secure top DJ’s. Modus is designed to be a full service exclusive venue.  We can accommodate groups of up to 200.  Contact us for full information.
