Map & Directions

We are located on Fourth avenue and the Corner of 4th and Ivy. There is a Large parking lot directly across the street. This is an honor lot and the Fee is only $3. However, there is always plenty of street parking.

If you are coming from 5 north:
Exit Front street
Merge onto 2nd avenue
Take left turn onto 5th ave
Take a left on Ivy.
You can’t miss the giant MODUS sign.

If you are coming from East County:
Just take 5 south. It is far easier than trying to maneuver through city streets.

If you are coming from south San Diego:
Take 5 north, exit 6th ave. Go right on 5th ave and take a left on Ivy.
