About MODUS:

Modus delivers modern European Cuisine, in a comfortable environment, near the heart of Banker’s Hill, between the historic Gaslamp district and Hillcrest neighborhood.  Modus Supper Club and Lounge was established in April 2006 by Scotty and Ariana Johnson, formerly of Region restaurant and Martini Ranch.    

Modus creates seasonal menus using fresh, organic ingredients from local farms. The cuisine celebrates traditional European dishes with California inspiration, while the bar and lounge mixes fresh organic juices with new and traditional liquors to create original and titillating cocktails.

In addition, Modus provides a warm late-night dining experience with music cultivated by local and guest DJs.
